Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations applied.
The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item, such as a weapon, armor, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one of the same type, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power increases the damage done by weapons and melee attacks while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
item upgrades that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened they will display a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. It's an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in battle but don't want spend a lot of money. Furthermore players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.
Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be applied, as well as an initial amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can put in an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. Once a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have discounts.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Items upgrades enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade tokens.
The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade element is added to an item, it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Some items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. The game will display the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
